The Churches Together Good Friday Walk of Witness starts at Sandy Methodist Church at 10.30 am. We then carry the cross through the town, stopping at different stations for songs, prayer and reflection, finishing at St Swithun’s for refreshments. Idina Sackville’s five marriages and many lovers caused much gossip between the 1920’s and 1950’s.
